I don't get it.
Right, not technically a question, more of a statement really. But we see where you're coming from. In short: you pick four lovely frames, we send them to you, you try them on, we collect them.
If I like them, do I just keep them?
No, don't do that — the frames we'll send out are just samples and the chances are they won't have the right lenses for your needs, particularly if you have a prescription. If you like one or more of the Home Try frames, buy them online (at literally any time) and we'll send you a pair of brand new, tailor-made glasses.
What if they don't suit me?
No hard feelings. In fact, if you give us a bit of info as to what it was that didn't do it for you — be that size, shape, colour or fit — we're happy to help you find some alternative styles that you might prefer, and send you another Home Try box. Once you've returned the first box, of course.
How do I return my Home Try box?
It couldn't really be easier — just let us know when you'd like us to pick it up, and we will. Alternatively, you can drop it off at your local UPS Access Point and we'll grab it from there. Pretty convenient, really.
How long do I have to wait?
You’ll be holding your Home Try box in your hands within a few days. Think of it like Christmas, all over again! Only without Santa. Or your great aunt Sheila. Or enough grub to feed a small army. OK, maybe just think of it like receiving a small parcel through your letterbox. Yeah, that’s probably more accurate, come to think of it.
